Intern Program Elements
The purpose of our INTERNS acrostic is to explain the elements of an effective internship experience. The program elements of this acrostic are essential to a positive, developmental learning experience. Whether you use these program elements or have your own, the important thing to consider is what elements are essential to your program. Make sure you’re asking the question “How are we delivering a developmental learning experience to an intern?”
Monthly Training Events
Check out the events below and RVSP at any time to whichever topics you’re interested in. Each gathering includes live teaching, connection and discussion time, and Q&A time. This is a great way to learn from and connect with churches all over the country about internships and residencies.
